Sarah Reindl - Vice President Communication
Sarah Reindl grew up in a rural village in North-Eastern Styria, where she also went to school until her Matura. It was always her dream to live and work abroad, a dream which she fulfilled while working as an Au Pair in England for 10 months before she started studying Economics in Graz. That's also where her passion for that lovely island comes from.
Still, the countries far away were something she needed to experience, that's why in March 2010 she attended an Infosession of AIESEC and was fascinated by ease of going abroad on exchange. In summer 2010 she spent 2 months in the exciting former british colony of India, where she was teaching children in a very rural school together with five other inters. She also experienced the country by travelling and visiting many adventurous places.
Excited about her experiences, she decided to stay in AIESEC and becoming a Team Leader of the Outgoing Exchange team so she could pass on her knowledge to other students eager to go abroad. With the insights she got through this perspective into the organisation, she soon discovered that one goal of her was to get the message of AIESEC out into the world – with proper promotion of course :-)
Being now the Vice President for Communication allows her to fully live her creativity in telling other students of the great possibilities which AIESEC offers its members.
